Elecz is operated by SKA Trading Oy / Zemlo AI, Kokkola, Finland (Y-tunnus: 1010164-9). Elecz provides real-time electricity price signals, cheapest hour calculations, and contract recommendations via a public REST API and MCP server. The service is provided free of charge.

2. Use of the service

You may use Elecz for personal, commercial, or automated purposes. You agree not to:

• Abuse the API with excessive requests that degrade service for others
• Misrepresent Elecz data as your own proprietary data
• Use the service for unlawful purposes

3. Data accuracy

Electricity price data is sourced from ENTSO-E, Octopus Agile API, AEMO, EM6, CAISO OASIS, ERCOT CDR, NYISO MIS, IESO, KPX EPSIS, and JEPX via japanesepower.org — updated hourly or more frequently. Contract data is scraped periodically and may not reflect real-time provider pricing. Elecz provides price signals — scheduling and contract decisions remain with the user.

4. No financial advice

Elecz provides informational signals only. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, legal, or contractual advice. Users are responsible for verifying contract terms directly with electricity providers before making any decisions.

5. Liability

Elecz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SKA Trading Oy / Zemlo AI is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
